Our new quick turn prototype program offers a fast delivery of sheet metal fabrications, chassis, enclosures, stampings and assemblies in a 3 to 7 day time frame.

The Process
We have the capability of creating all tooling in-house, which accelerates our ability to process the prototype vs. typical sheet metal fabrication environments.
Our Customer Service team gathers the requirements and provides the quote and delivery information to help facilitate the process for a quick turn around.
Getting Started
The quick turn begins once we receive CAD files in the required formats. Acceptable CAD files include SolidWorks, Pro-E and AutoCAD delivered electronically to Assurance Manufacturing Customer Service personnel.
Terms & Requirements
- Time Frame is determined by Sales and is based on complexity
- 3-7 day period begins on PO receive date
- Files must be received with PO
- Lead time gets extended for paint or special coating
